I’ve always thought big bird prints on t-shirts look decent and no I don’t mean that hideous leggy yellow thing from sesame street; I’m on about a massive birds of prey sat on revolvers, that’s what!
However, I’m not sure what’s got into this eagle. In the bird community I would imagine siting on the end of a gun could be deemed a little precarious and highly irresponsible. I mean come on man, he’s got young-uns to feed back at the nest and there he is prancing around like a camp peacock on the barrel of a bloody gat. He only popped out to pick up a curry from the ‘Last days of Raj’ and now I shudder to think what kind of hellish situation he’s got himself in too … Grow-up man.
Camp curry eating buzzards aside, these Birds of Prey T-Shirts from Los Angeles menswear brands Crooks & Castles are well cool. Born out of 80s & 90s LA gang culture, Crooks & Castles are focused on producing street-wear with common themes of crime, money and a villainous lifestyle at the heart of their designs. Now it doesn’t get much more villainous than two wee fowls whispering sweet nothings to each other whilst sat on the barrel of a gun … proper gangster shitehousery.
