Anyone else noticed there’s an new-breed of next generation Dad’s emerging? I’m talking about those blokes with a wardrobe full of Patagonia outerwear, who cycle 100km a weekend on their Scot racing bike, and who’s tipple is a bottle of Brew Dog Punk IPA.
But what about when Dad’s were proper Dads eh. What about them guys.
You know who I’m talking about. Your Dad. My Dad. Your mates Dad. Dads with a pair of Dickies overalls gathering dust in the garage, Dads with a crate of smooth in the cellar, and Dad’s with a short-sleeved M&S single breast pocket work shirt hanging on the back of the bedroom door.
So I thought what better way to pay homage to original dad-style than by sharing these proper flannel shirts all the way from Guimarães in Northern Portugal. It’s probably fair to assume your Dad thinks Portugal’s most notable export is Eusebio, but maybe it’s about time you educated the old boy on fourth generation craftsmanship, soft brushed cotton, and delicious woven textures.
